Can I return or exchange flowers?
If the flowers arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, many will offer a replacement or refund — usually if you contact us within a short time frame after delivery (often within 1–24 hours).Let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What time will my flowers be delivered?

• Delivery time slots:
Usually delivered within the selected time slot (morning / afternoon / evening), depending on what you chose at checkout.
• Peak days (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, etc.):
👉 Delivery may take longer than usual, but it will still be on the chosen date.
