  • Sale or discounted items

Please review all order details carefully before placing your order, including delivery address, delivery date, recipient information, and message card text.


Damaged or Incorrect Items During Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your flowers arrive damaged during transportation or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed and verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Natural variations in flowers, seasonal substitutions, or changes after delivery do not qualify as defects or damage.
